Tyranny of the Supreme Court

The Supreme Court issued two historic rulings this eek. The first "saved" Obamacare while the second created gay marriage.

The Court ignored "established by the States" when deciding that everyone can get healthcare subsidies. The Court must "call balls and strikes" not change what is written in plain English.

The Constitution neither prohibits or grants gay marriage. This was an issue that the States should have decided as per the 10th amendment. The process of democratically crafting gay marriage was well underway. While gays may celebrate the result, people should worry about the process. When the Supreme Court creates a right of if thin air, what else can give five justices impose unilaterally on America?

Power is being transferred from the people to five unelected justices for life. Today you may like the result, but tomorrow's ruling you may not.
